Remember the Fallen and Support our Future

Wreaths at the graves of the fallen.

I am asking for your support in a project my Civil Air Patrol squadron is sponsoring in Laramie, WY. On December 10th at 10 a.m., we will be laying wreaths in the local cemetery at the graves of fallen veterans. I would like you to buy a wreath.

Our squadron is supporting the Wreaths Across America program. This program is committed to placing a wreath on every American Veterans’ grave to honor their service to our country. We are targeting about 275 graves at the Greenhill Cemetery in Laramie. In a National Remembrance Day ceremony, we will be laying wreaths at the same date and time that wreaths are placed at graves across our nation.

In addition, our squadron will receive a portion of the funds collected to help sponsor educational activities for our cadets.

Here is a video clip that speaks about the program.

To order a wreath, you can either contact me directly or visit http://bit.ly/waastore

If making an order online, please use the following ID numbers for Wyoming

Cemetary ID – WYGHCL

Group ID – WYCAP072

Each wreath costs $15, and $5 will support the educational activities of our CAP Cadets.

Thank you for contributing to these two great causes, and please mark December 10th on your calendar to visit a National Remembrance Ceremony in your area.
